The Fantasy Box

The bi-monthly book subscription box ships between the 15th and 20th of the month every two months. The boxes ship out in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Once your box ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. As we feature newly released books in our boxes, the shipping schedule is entirely dependent on the release date of the book and shipping time. We do our very best to make sure you get your box on time, and always keep you updated.

You are always free to cancel your Book in a Box subscription – don’t let our broken hearts stop you! You only need to cancel your subscription before the box ships on the 15th of the month.

If a box has already been shipped, you’ll have to keep the beautiful book and goodies – – or gift them to another book lover.

For our bi-monthly book subscription box, you’ll be billed on the 15th of the same month you’ll receive your box. The current billing schedule is as follows: January 15th, March 15th, May 15th, July 15th, September 15th, November 15th.

When signing up for a subscription, €1 will be temporarily reserved on your account to establish a secure connection. This amount will not be charged but only held, and the full payment for your box will be withdrawn on the 15th of the same month your box is shipped.

The Book Subscription Box includes free shipping within Denmark. For international subscribers, the shipping rates is as below. For all orders from our shop, you can find the shipping rates below.

We are working on implementing a skip option and will notify you as soon as it’s ready. In the meantime, we recommend canceling your membership if there’s an upcoming box you don’t wish to receive. This must be done before the 15th of the month, when the box is sent out. You can always sign up again when a new box catches your interest. If you re-subscribe shortly after the renewal on the 15th, there will usually be available spots!

You can always change your shipping address. To update your shipping address log into My account and change your address. If you update your address after the box ships, the box will be sent to your old address. If

If you need to update your address, we suggest you do it the month before the box ships to ensure the change is registered in our system before shipping. Feel free to reach us at kontakt@bookinabox.dk.

If your membership didn’t go through or an error occurred, we recommend trying again a little later. If the problem persists, it may be due to an issue with your bank. We suggest contacting your bank to clarify the cause. If the issue is still unresolved after reaching out to them, please feel free to write to us at kontakt@bookinabox.dk, and we will assist you further.

Currently, we only provide the book box as a subscription. However, we’re developing a gift function, which will allow you to gift a box to someone else. Stay tuned for updates or find a past box or bookish goodies here.
